The helpfulness of staff when we came in late in evening.
Not sure were parking was so wound up parking in nearby garage.
Cozy and clean room, very comfortable. Noise level low. Access to services good.

Location.
Not quite as nice and the Sheraton a block over, and was expecting more.
Nice, clean, good location, but was expecting more being a Marriott (decor, size of room, etc.). The Sheraton a block over was wonderful and we thought the Marriott would be just as good or better and it was just okay.

Business center. You have to pay for interner access on your own computer in your room.
The hotel itself is very nice, excellent decor, good location and close to everything. The place was great.
The helpfulness of staff when we came in late in evening.
