That they had a large lobby area to hang out in while riding out a hurricane.
The switches for the lights by the bed (for reading) were too far from the bed-I had to get out to shut them off. Poor design.

I like the location only.
My room had mice in it and the manager did nothing.
I do not recommend this hotel because the manager did nothing after I told them that I was awaken by mice. Their response was its nature. If the manager does not want do anything then I will not stay here.

The staff was helpful/friendly and the facility was clean.
Paper-thin walls. You could hear your "neighbor" talking. Bring earplugs!
Overall, despite the thin walls in the rooms, this was a consumer-friendly and very clean hotel. The staff was great and willing to help with any needs. The free airport shuttle was super and pretty prompt when requested!

More towels needed at pool area.
It is very clean; staff is very friendly, and convenient to all attractions, beach & airport. Hotel offers many features. Food is very good and all you-can eat breakfast buffet for 5.00 is outstanding.

Cleanest hotel Ive stayed in a long time.

I was very impressed. For the price this was the nicest and cleanest hotel I have stayed in. Will definitely stay there again.

It was convenient to everything.
Room had a bit of a musky smell.
This hotel was worth it for the price. It was clean, well lit and the staffs were friendly.

Friendly staff.
Walls are paper thin - could not get connected to my email.
Friendly and helpful staff. Close to Norfolk airport. Bring earplugs as the walls and ceiling are paper thin.
