Situated directly across the shores from beautiful Lake Nipissing, we have easy access to boat launches, beaches and area parks. This makes us an ideal location for fishing, swimming, boating, snowmobiling, skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing and various other outdoor activities. Positive Comment - Close to lake.

Negative Comment - Smokiest smelling room I have ever experienced.

Review - Would have been fine if the room was not so smelly from smokers. North Bay was very busy at the time of our stay. Hotel was full and we were unable to switch rooms. Everything we brought into the room needed to be laundered.

Positive Comment - Room was nice and clean for the star level, easy access to the Internet.

Negative Comment - Carpets on the stairs needed to be cleaned, rather dirty.

Review - This motel was fine and the room was nice and clean. We stayed in a so called 4 star in Toronto and this room was much better than the 4 star.

Positive Comment - The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The shower was great.

Negative Comment - Continental breakfast was too basic. No exhaust fan in bathroom.

Review - The manager, clerks and cleaning staff were most friendly. They helped us out with restaurants and directions around town. Their warm welcome set the positive tone for our stay in North Bay. The hotel is cute. The outdoor outlet for the car was a bonus.
