Price and clean.
Staff did not speak very good English.This hotel met our expectations. The staff were not as friendly as I would have hoped. We asked for early check in a week prior to our stay & we were told that would be fine, however we arrived 2 hours early & had to wait a half hour for our room.

Location.Lost and found we forgot a coat in the closet and they claim they do not have.Good location, good shuttle service but staff not honest, we are absolutely sure we left a spring coat in the closet of our room but they claim to not have it.

Terrific value for price and twenty minutes drive from times square.Thin sheets; hard to understand Indian staff.Five of us shared two double beds and a single hide-a-bed without difficulty.
