Friendly staff, clean rooms.Weird smell in room, Public transportation really difficult.I checked in late in the night. The staff was really helpful and answered queries pretty well. The room was clean and quiet for a good nights sleep. However, when I entered the room there was some weird smell in the room.

Jacuzzis in the rooms.The location is not good, very hard to find, did not get any help with my luggage, front desk is not friendly at all.Why not have escalators going up to the rooms, those are not even stairs, the carpet in the hallway is very dirty.

Convenient location for travel to New York city.Non English understanding staff and dirtiness.Was not aware at time of arrival that each room only to hold 2 people, even with 2 queen beds per room. Cleaner than I expected. Nice room for price.Location had steep hill to get to room. Difficult in snow and ice.Our room was very clean, heater, TV, etc. All worked properly. Location had a very steep hill to get to the room, which would be difficult to transit in snow or ice (which we had). We were happy with room. We did not find many restaurants near the motel.

Cheaper than Manhattan, close enough to nick.Internet didn't work; hallways very dirty; carpets dirty.For the money, this hotel is a convenient place to stay when visiting NYC. That's about it.

Very clean. Excellent heater.Breakfast - decaf pot but no decaf. Not real O.J.Desk staff very nice and helpful. Room/bedding extremely clean. Good value for the price. Close to the north Bergen park & ride.
