Poor signage.

Very good complimentary breakfast.
Can hear guests coming and going.
Better than expected, very comfortable room with extra pillows, close to shopping and beach, restaurants nearby. The only drawback is that we could hears doors banging and activity of other guests as they came and went throughout the night.

Microwave and fridge in some rooms.
Continental breakfast was pretty low level.
This hotel is fine for the price and its location is great. The rooms were a little worse for wear, but they were large and the beds comfortable. TV was really screwy, with lots of snow and poor sound quality.

Room needed wallpaper repair (stained) and heat was too temperamental.
Overall, ok. I'll probably lean to a higher rating next time.

HBO was out of order. The bathroom was dirty, tiles were missing from the floor. When I complained the staff just gave me a blank stare. I should be re-reimbursed.

I like that this hotel was located in an area near several restaurants, coffee shops and stores.
I did not like that I was unable to stay in a non-smoking room, which was unpleasant for me a non-smoker.
