It had a nice restaurant and lobby.Not sure if bed was changed. Cheap towels and wash cloths, and not a deluxe breakfast. Fruit not ripe.The service was good, it was relatively clean, but the room was cheaply done, and I could not tell for sure if the bed had been changed. Location.Staff eating in the guest dining area.Nice, clean, could of used more breakfast selections. I would stay again if my travels took me to N. Ft. Myers.

Very clean outside, beautiful landscaping and view of the river.The rooms appeared very clean, yet smelled very moldy.My husband says I'm very critical. We rented two rooms, both appeared very clean, but reaked with the smell of mold (which is something that put him in the hospital at one point and time.) Continental breakfast, location.Conditions of the rooms very run down.The hotel was in a nice area, the service was good and friendly. The actual rooms were in disrepair and they had an odor. The air conditioning was cold.

New carpet & fresh paint in rooms.Bath needs serious updating. Mildew on edge of tubs.Overall nice room for a Level 1. Good location only problem was with bathroom.

Nothing.It stunk, noisy, and falling apart.This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I could hear people in the room above like they were in my room. It stunk like smoke and mildew but they would not move me.

Location overlooking the Caloosahache River.Continental breakfast was very inadequate for the number of guests.This hotel provides excellent hospitality at a reasonable price except for the continental breakfast. It is handy to Fort Myers and major routes.
