Very friendly and helpful staff.
Microwave and refrigerator were not in every room, and should be.
A comfortable, convenient place to stay when visiting Yale University, only about 15 minutes away from the campus. Excellent staff.

Went beyond our expectations in comfort, cleanliness, helpful staff and having excellent indoor pool and well-maintained workout room.
