Wireless internet and staff followed up quickly when it went down.
Cleanliness and appearance of the room.We arrived a couple of hours before actual check in time, but our room was ready so they gave us the key early. Nothing.Everything.This Hotel was dirty, the parking lot has hardly any lights, and it sure doesn't look safe, garbage still in the containers.
