Uncomfortable bed and pillows, unacknowledged staff, far from subway.The hotel was OK, but definitely not a 3.5 star. Location.No wireless in the room.This hotel was a good one to stay at; but not for the price paid. No wireless in the room, and expensive restaurant. Other than that, it was a good stay.
