Location.Very loud. Walls and doors are thin.The location was perfect. My only complaint is the noise. The walls are thin and my door had at least a 2 inch gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. Very nice, clean, great location, next to shopping and highways.Parking was difficult. Small spaces, and need to take two elevators. Hard with kids and luggage.Comfortable and elegant hotel. A bit hard to cart luggage and kids back and forth to car, but if no kids then a great place to stay!

A couple blocks off the main drag. Handy access. Free Wi-Fi in room and elsewhere.No complimentary breakfast! No USA Today delivered to room. No statement under door when leaving.Bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. My only dissatisfaction with this place was I had to wake up and get out of bed to get to my business engagement. Otherwise could have comfortably slept till noon.
