Nice kitchenette. Very good deal for the money. Thin walls. You will hear everything that's happening in the next room. Safe area near plenty of shopping. Quick drive into the heart of Chicago.

Great customer service. N/A They turned my smoking room into a non-smoking room, because I booked smoking on accident. They were very accommodating. There were free movies you could check out, and a wonderful breakfast. I was very pleased.

Location/clean. No swimming pool. This was a very nice hotel overall. Great location, nice breakfast, clean rooms, nice staff but when traveling with younger children, it would've been nice to have a pool when selecting a 3 star hotel.

I really liked the lobby area where we ate our breakfasts. There was one woman at the front desk who was very rude when we asked for directions to the closest mall. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was much nicer than I expected. I loved the lobby area and felt the rooms were nice. I also liked that there was a full kitchen in the room.
