Kept fresh coffee in lobby.
Wall thermostat for A/C - couldn't run full time.
Hotel is old and door key was very hard to use. The outside smoking area was right outside of our room and people were always out there talking. Couldn't sleep in nor get much peach and quite.

Better business center, sheets that don't come off the bed easily, better seal on the door.
