We had an issue and they upgraded us, above and beyond what we hoped for. 
Housekeeping needs to do a double double check on the rooms. Great location, easy to get there. Very convenient access to beach. Public areas showing some wear. While the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the hotel needs some slight improvements.
