Their breakfast was good.
The hallways were fairly dirty.
The rooms were very nice and spacious, and the bathrooms well designed. The only complaint I had was with the Hallways. They were not very clean and did not lend to the nice quality of the rooms.

HORRIBLE customer service - they stated that we were only booked for 5 nights when in fact it was 6, and pretty much refused to look in to it.

The sheets and blankets looked and smelled clean.
During the night hours when you need something you have to pick it up at the desk.
Overall this is a great hotel and I will attempt to stay here every time I am in Oklahoma.
