The front desk staff.
Location.The hotel rooms need a sheer over the window to let light in. The only window treatment was a drape and when pulled, everyone could look in your room.

The staff was very helpful and nice.It needs routine maintenance and new quieter air conditioners!The hotel was clean and well kept by the friendly staff, but the ownership needs to step up and do some updating. It was in the city where I was staying.Not up to par on cleanliness & hospitality.The continental breakfast was far below par & the breakfast room was very unclean. I would not stay at this hotel again.
