Close to Memphis, ten.Refused to accommodate smoking request.I reserved 2 rooms, both non-smoking. When we called the hotel to confirm, they stated we had to get smoking rooms. I was furious because my mother has asthma so we needed non-smoking rooms.

Breakfast in morning was nice.Smells like smoke.We requested a non-smoking room and received a smoking room and they did not have any other rooms to switch to. It smelled terrible and made it very difficult to breathe at night.

Convenient location for me, clean modern decor, complimentary breakfast was well stocked and good.Mattress did not have a mattress cover and it felt cold and hard, not soft or fluffy.Everything was nice and clean. The area looked safe, and the person I saw there, said, it was one of the safest area around.
