The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pool was too small.
This hotel is a good value and close to area attractions. Problems are dealt with right away by a great staff.

Very friendly and polite staff.
The pool had some unatended pre-teen girls that kept jumping into the pool. The pool had 10+ people, it was very rude and staff shouldve caught it.
The hotel as a whole was great. The room was very nice, room service was great, staff were very friendly and polite. The hotel was very clean and very up to date with maps and schedules of events going on in town.

Right off the highway and clean. All was as advertized. the pool looked fun and was FULL of people, but we headed for bed.
The coffee.
We didn't use much. Just slept and ate breakfast. Coffee was pretty bad. beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fine. I could hear the neighbors TV while I was trying to sleep, but granted I was in bed very early.

I liked the fact the hotel was so close to the zoo.
Our air unit was so loud and the walls were thin.
Overall this hotel served the purpose we need it to, a place to rest before and after we went to the zoo. I would probably stay there again.

I wish there was a hot tub or bigger pool.
