Location and the breakfast was awesome for a continental type.Nothing. It met our needs for a price that was reasonable.Great location in downtown just off the highway. The room was nice, beds were comfortable. The breakfast was far better then I have had at hotels 3x the cost.

Staff tries hard to please, they had a decent hot breakfast bar.Quite old and shabby, worn carpets etc.It was OK for a place to crash for a night, but it you would not want to spend much time in the area.

Fireplace was a nice addition.Old motel and shabby even with effort.Over all a good experience as long as the billing comes out right.

It was the only hotel in Omak with any rooms left.When we went to check in, the hotel has no reservation for us.This caused some major issues as we are a company who needs their sales reps to be in certain places at certain times. The hotel itself was described as "a dive".

I am never going to use the roadway inn again; the conditions were described as "a dive".
