It was conveniently located.The room we stayed in was freshly painted (smelling like it) and the smoke detector was detached from the wall.The hotel was conveniently located. The continental breakfast had a variety of choices which is great when children are along. I did not enjoy, however, the smell of fresh paint when I entered my room. Sleeping was uncomfortable.

The hotel is clean and meets the star rating quality.The hotel staff was not friendly, who asked me to spend about 39 dollars more to allow four of us stay in their hotel.The location of this hotel is just 10-15 minutes away from downtown La Crosse. Very nice breakfast bar.NA.Overall, the hotel was very nice but the staff was lacking greatly. They were not friendly, accommodating, or inviting; all things that would make me want to return. I will not return to this hotel because of this bad experience.
