Very good and friendly staff. Comfortable accommodations. Truly A+++.None.The hotel is really very good. Breakfast is amazing! We love AYRES so much that this is the only hotel chain we go back to each year.

We left our DVD player in the room and they overnighter it w/o any questions.Small room for 5 people.We tried to get a bigger room, but they didn't have one available. We had 5 people in a King room with a pull out couch, even with the small space the stay was enjoyable. Overall good stay.

The lobby was quite beautiful, rooms very comfy, stylish.The room and bathroom are too small for all the furniture. TV stations didn't come in well.The hotel was quite nice with an inviting lobby.
