Overall Rating:
It was clean.
The elevator was very slow and made wierd noises.This was a nice hotel for the price we paid. Service was great for our quick trip.

Great sized rooms, big soft beds, friendly service.The elevator needed some work done.The service was great. The rooms were very large and it was a romantic occasion. Thank you.

The hotel was clean, and the people were friendly.The hotel.Very clean, spacious, and a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.

The price was good.We asked adjoining rooms - not done. Bathrooms in motel were not clean. Remodeling going on - Strong drywall and paint smell.I think the hotel has potential. Remodeling was a distraction. Had to wait for attendant at check-in counter (no one even there). One room had table but no chairs. Probably would not stay here again.

Check in lady was nice.Dirty construction materials laying around, Jacuzzi dirty, rooms smelled like paint and not finished. No door knob on closet dust everywhere.Good location just not that nice, looks like they are trying to fix it up themselves and not doing a very good job. Food was terrible. Stale and bad tasting. Staff was friendly.

The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful when I had a problem. Her service was better than I expected.The room had several stains on the furniture and carpet. The managers and family hung around the lobby & breakfast room as if it was their family room.I would say it was a 1 star hotel, but the desk clerk treated me like it was a much higher star hotel.
