Staff and associated restaurant employees were more than friendly and helpful.
Being a smoking room , it had a musty smell - needed more airing out .
Overall, we had a great stay, but the rooms need to be equipped with the small refrigerators instead of having them rented.

The hotel manager was excellent.
The front desk agent was a rude & pompous individual who has no customer service skills & is extremely unprofessional!

Great location, great rates, and besides there is an
IHOP attached to the hotel.
The fact that the front door was close at night, they only had a window, maybe for safety reasons.

The beds were clean and comfortable enough.
The hotel staff was useless.
The hotel has a great location to many amusement parks. But it needs better cleaning staff and front desk staff as well.
