The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful.The manager is a liar.Got charged a fee for smoking which was false and didn't find out until I was checking out. But they said it happened on Saturday why didn't they tell me right away so I could dispute the issue. The manager and housekeeping came to the room checked it out...Read More

My kids loved it my husband was very impress, its in the middle of everything, Seaworld, Wet n wild, Food and shopping.Breakfast was good but could be better or atleast serve hot.The staff customer service skills will make me go back. They were very friendly. Over all we had a great time. Only thing the room could use a air freshener.
