Florint Pool Homes are professionally managed vacation homes that provide travelers with the conveniences and comfort of home as well as the service of a caring and courteous staff. Please check-in at the main office at 8810 Commodity Circle Suite 28 Orlando, FL 32918. After check-in you will proceed to your rental home. A resort fee will be collected upon arrival. Guests staying less than 5 nights will be subject to a departure cleaning fee collected upon arrival. The cleaning fee is based on the size of the unit and ranges from USD 65.00 - USD 85.00 plus tax. Please call 1-407-922-5434 24 hours in advance to receive lock box instructions. Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. To check-in, please come to 8810 Commodity Circle Suite 28 Orlando, FL 32819 with your confirmation and sign the registration form at the front desk. You will then be given keys and a map to your home. Attraction tickets are available for purchase. Please call 407-922-5434 to receive the lock box code. Please call during business hours only.
