Each Vista Cay Florida condo and townhome features a master suite with king or queen size bed, TV along with a master bathroom featuring a garden tub and separate shower. All Vista Cay resort homes have fully equipped kitchens with breakfast and formal dining areas, living areas with a TV, VCR or DVD player, as well as a washer and dryer. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. The front desk is open daily from 7am to midnight. Please check in at 8555 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. Global Resort Homes requires all guests arriving within 7 days of booking to check in at the corporate office located at 8555 Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy between the hours of 9am-6.30pm Monday-Saturday and 9am-4.30pm Sunday. Verification of drivers license and a valid credit card is required at check-in for all properties. Global Resort Homes will NOT leave a check-in packet for after-hour arrivals for any guests arriving within 7 days of booking. A damage waiver fee of USD 30.00 will be collected at check-in. A USD 100.00 cleaning fee will be collected upon check-in. All guests arriving within 7 days of booking must check in at 8555 Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy between the hours of 9am-6.30pm Monday-Saturday and 9am-4.30pm Sunday. We will NOT leave a check-in packet for after-hour arrivals for any guests arriving within 7 days of booking. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Min. check-in age is 25.
