The location of the hotel was convenient.
Bad odor in room, poor breakfast, hidden fees (Resort Fee).
I would not stay in this hotel again; I think the rooms need remodeling.

Dirty, old and rundown.
Dirty rundown old style motel feeling needs to be cleaned; ceiling in my room was falling down in multiple places hair in the vanity area that was not mine!

The hot water was out.
My boyfriend and I wanted to be alone from his roommates, but there was no hot water, so we couldn't shower, so we had to go back to the house, which defeated the purpose of having a hotel room.

The room was large and comfortable enough for 4 adults.
The front desk staff didn't seem interested in customers.
