The breakfast was great.The air conditioner in my room kept going out.Other than the air conditioner problems the only other thing that didn't satisfy me was that the hotel didn't have discount tickets available to the area parks like I had hoped.

The shuttle service to and from Disney World was very hassle-free.The room was not as nice as I expected.Considering the price we paid, we had a very good experience. The room did not feel as clean as it could have, and we had a broken drawer. The free continental breakfast and the shuttle service were very beneficial and made our timing very efficient.
