Shuttle from airport.No scheduled shuttles to & from convention center. Had to take a taxi back to the hotel from convention center.No elevators nor bell boys. Carrying luggage and a sleeping 2 year old up stairs was not easy. Great stay if going to airport. Horrifying stay with young children and a convention to attend daily for a week. Airport shuttle was convenient and free.Wireless access didn't work in my room. Door lock had problems. No good restaurants nearby.Hotel was OK for the money. I liked having the free airport shuttle and being so near the airport. Wireless access in the lobby was reliable, but TVs playing loudly were unpleasant. Early morning continental breakfast.Complimentary shuttle was van that seated 10 there were 7 of us and we could not get the free shuttle to the airport.Connecting rooms were nice for the 7 of us. The parking was not very good for anyone that wanted to take the shuttle and leave their vehicle. Had to spend more money for off airport parking. Should have slept at home and got up early.

Location and accessibility to the airport.There were not enough towels, extras (shampoo,conditioner etc) were missing.This hotel was easy to reach, had airport shuttle and desk staff was helpful. Was not there long enough to give more as we arrived late and left very early for our flight.
