The staff was helpful. Everything you need is there.
It is tough to get to the first time.
The hotel is old, but everything works and is generally clean. You can get along there pretty well without a car. The price is right for the quality of the product.

The two persons who worked at the desk were fine, they had to move.
Roaches on wall, filthy carpet in rooms & hall, smelly rooms, the bed was fairly comfortable.

The hotel was dirty. My stuff got stolen. Unhelpful staff.

It was filthy and disgusting, burn holes in the furniture, trash in the drawers, and front counter person was rude.
This hotel was so bad; we went downtown the street and paid 200 to stay at the Marriott.

The cockroaches came out when the lights were out, so we kept the lights on all night.
The carpets were a mess, sticky and dirty. Sheets had been washed but uncomfortable about the cleanliness of the bed, etc.

I just didn't like it, I booked 1 month before for a king size room, I got two double !!!!
It's dirty, noisy, small, smell bad, unfriendly, pool really bad.
no way I will recommend this hotel to anyone, it's really bad, pretty expensive cause located in Orlando, but the room was really dirty, smell really bad, and was unfriendly. book for something you will have something else!!!

Key cards never worked, icemaker broken, lobby and carpeting, very dirty.
Things much worse since NY last stay. Two months ago.

Location excellent for my purposes, room comfortable and clean, staff very helpful, hallways could use some work !

The linen appeared clean.
The shower had slime growing in it.
This hotel should be closed by the state. It is beyond plain filthy to the point of squalor. It stinks of mildew and no person in their right mind would tread the carpets unless wearing big boots.
