The location was close to Universal Studios where if you chose to you could walk, but a shuttle service to Universal Studios was also provided.
The virtual tour of the rooms were deceiving.
The hotel was family friendly and I would use it again and refer it to a friend, neighbor, or coworker.

Good location, very clean and spacious rooms.
Front desk staff not very friendly and not helpful with area attraction or shuttle service information.
This is a great location if you are planning to go to Universal Studios, about as close (1/2 mile walk) as you can get without staying on the Universal property. The breakfast is OK, but gets very crowded, short on tables for number of guests.

The rooms were large and clean, and the beds were very comfy even at 7 months pregnant!
The shuttle to Universal only ran 4 times per day even though it was only across the street.
We enjoyed our 3 day stay, the rooms were clean and very large which makes it nice with families. The heated pool is great and never too crowded. Very close to Universal and restaurants. We would stay again.

I loved the location! Very close to Universal and many great dining choices.
The rooms were pretty outdated, and the description of the room we booked was some what misleading.

Number one- the fact the entire facility is non-smoking!
Our bathroom light didn't work. I reported it the second day and it was never fixed. Had to bring a lamp in to the bathroom!
Overall our experience was good. Not getting the bathroom light fixed was a bit of an inconvenience. The clerk at the desk took the information but must have never followed up. The cleaning people should have also noticed when they came in to the bathroom...Read More

Less than 5 minutes to universal studio, city walk, & islands of adventure.
Had to go to another hotel to catch a shuttle to amusement parks.
