Traveling with 2 adults and 5 children, the room was plenty big and having 2 bathroom was great. Another thing is it is a very short distance from Seaworld.

Vicinity to business meeting.
Interstate 4 runs right next to it and there is traffic noise at all hours.
This is a huge hotel. Complementary breakfast was good, but it serves several hundred people in the morning. Be prepared to hunt and wait for a seat to eat in a very loud, large eating area.

Room was attractive, beds were comfortable, was able to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children comfortably.
They did not tell us that we needed to reserve a spot on the bus to Sea World.
A clean, attractive and comfortable hotel close to Sea World. My family of two adults and two older children were all easily accommodated in one room. The children slept on a sofa bed and a cot we obtained from the hotel staff.

Pool area was clean and neat, breakfast buffet was convenient, fridge and microwave were great.
Sales people in lobby.
This hotel was very convenient for US near the airport, near Seaworld (one of our destinations.) Had a small kitchen, which is great for quick snacks. Pool area had a bar and pizza/snack bar. Pool was heated and clean.

It was a great location to the SeaWorld Park.
The food was terrible.
Although this hotel was convenient, we were there 2 nights and both times a fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the building. The staff seemed overwhelmed with the procedure and needs to be better equipped to handle an emergency.

The hotel was very clean, friendly staff very well located.
I can't think of anything.
The hotel has a great location, close to mayor highways, parks and business district. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
