Convenience to shopping at international drive and the universal studios.Wireless internet didn't work at night and free shuttle to universal studio was poor.I didn't like the shuttle service which came to pick me up from the hotel at 9 45 instead of the 9:30 am which I didn't mind at all but charged me 10 dollars for coming 10 minutes late at the return point even after I have informed them that I will be 10 ...Read More

Location.Room was dusty, for an allergy sufferer this is not good.The room needed to be dusted. My allergies have not been this bad in years due to the dust. My vacation was effectively ruined.

The bed in our room was very comfortable.We got to the hotel an hour early and we couldn't get a room.The hotel was pretty nice. Location, cleanliness.King beds only in handicap rooms, shower in handicap room has no water pressure.The room was clean, the staff friendly. I picked a king room because it was romantic. We received a handicap room and shower had no water pressure and was a little hard to get around in to avoid hitting your legs on the bench that was in the shower.

Clean and affordably priced.Nothing.This hotel is great for someone who is in town for the parks or business. It is clean, quiet and affordably priced. The gentleman at the front desk at night was great. He was able to answer any question I had and smiled the entire time. Great experience
