The rooms were nice and comfortable.The parking was bad. I had to drive way in back late at night.This hotel is comfortable and very nice. It has nice amenities and it's very pretty inside. Everything was great.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.It is required that you use a bellboy if you need to use a cart for your luggage. I don't mind tipping, but I'd rather not if I can do it myself.I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. The staff was friendly, the pool was nice .When I checked into my room it was contaminated and need to be exterminated.Great for business travel, not kid friendly.
