The Veranda Bed & Breakfast consists of four historic buildings dating back to the early 1900's. Each building has been completely renovated as of 2008 and reflects upscale Florida style. Our garden courtyard is the perfect place for weddings, receptions, holiday parties and family celebrations. Walk to casual or fine dining in Thornton Park, Lake Eola or Downtown Orlando, where you can enliven your day or evening. Wonderful restaurants, shops, nightclubs, and dazzling entertainment including the opera, ballet, The Broadway Series, and the Amway Arena where the NBA's Orlando Magic play! Walt Disney World and Universal Studios are just 20 minutes away. Cape Canaveral and Daytona Beach and Florida's quiet west coast are only an hour away.

Location Description:
The Veranda is located near the heart of downtown, in the charming Thornton Park Historic District, 1 block from Lake Eola Park which has a lakeside restaurant. It is located just a 15-minute walk from the hub of downtown Orlando with a variety of restaurants and social bars, jazz clubs and entertainment. The property is quietly located in a quaint area, but close enough to anything you want to do.
