I thought the staff was great! And over all it was good experience.I thought the food, room service and drinks were over priced. The pools needed serious cleaning.I've stayed at Tan-Tar - A several times before. Usually stayed in the Estates. This was our first time in the hotel. Staff was very friendly, pool was very clean, and great view of the lake.Attractions were too expensive and nothing was open due to season even though it was before labor day.My husband requested champagne and strawberries. They brought it up even though they don't usually do that. The thing that was bad was the cruise boat was closed until the next weekend. Summer wasn't over but the hotel acted like it was. Amazing spaces, so much to see and do. We enjoyed every minute.Nothing!We did not know what to expect but when we drove up to the main lodge, wow! Great pools and fun stuff to do, great food at the restaurants, we really had a good time.
