The staff was awesome, The breakfast bar was great and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Nice, comfortable, clean rooms and very good continental breakfast.Did not offer morning newspapers.We enjoyed our stay, and would certainly stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Osage Beach again.

Clean, nice looking rooms. The bathroom was clean and modern looking.Paid extra for crib and staff tried to make me put it together.I had to pay extra for a crib and the hotel staff member who brought it to our room told me she didn't know how to put it together and tried to get me to do it. The staff was non helpful, the hotel was very clean and in a great location.

They allowed me to stay the night before which made me fell great because I got my moneys worth.There was nothing.Excellent service and I hope to continue to get traded this way I will be staying at this hotel more.

The quietness, even with some maintenance going on it was still very quiet.Indoor pool temp. could have been warmer and the water clearer.I would recommend it and would stay here again. It location is close to multiple activities.
