Overall Rating:
The service was excellent with fluent English speaking staff.
I did not like having to call rooms service for my own ice.The hotel exceeded my expectations. This is a great hotel for business travelers, couples seeking a romantic getaway, or visitors to Universal Studios Japan. I would not recommend this hotel for travelers wanting to experience Osaka nightlife.
