Great packages, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and good location. 
Nothing. My wife and I did the Ghost Tour package and would highly recommend it. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful and Lanes restaurant was very good. Hotel is close to most everything. Great stay!

Location and price. Poor restaurant. This is an ok hotel. Nothing fancy but it has a good location and is modest in cost.

Great location! Walking distance from every where! No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Great location and very comfortable. It would have been even better if they had a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms. Still, I would stay here again.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so they gave us an upgrade to a room with a view. There is nothing I disliked. This is a great location to see all the sites in Ottawa. Everything is within walking distance. Once we parked our car we didn't use it again until we left.

Newly Renovated, Close to other locales. No minibar or safe. Convenient to everything in Downtown Ottawa, the HI is an affordable option with newly renovated rooms. There was no safe or mini bar, but the hotel is quite nice and restful.
