The staff!
It was a bit run down and the children's play area was under renovation.
This hotel does need an overhaul if it wishes to be known as a business class hotel. However, our stay was very pleasant, and the room rate was great. The staff was amazing.

Location.
No parking!
The hotel was clean, however, we were disappointed to find that we only had one bed. We ordered a cot, but it was lumpy and uncomfortable. We were disappointed to find that we had to pay for parking.

Non smoking room given smelt like a smoke chamber.
Well, with in and out parking privilege for $21 plus tax you might as well stay outside the down town core. The low speed Internet costs $9.95 plus tax a day and if you want normal high speed connection $19.95 a day.

General decor kind of gaudy. Fitness center elliptical machine was uncomfortable, not enough selection for dumbbells, floor mats for abs were sticky.
