Each guest room features a large well-lit work desk with ergonomic chair, two phones and voice mail. Host gatherings for 10 to 400 in our meeting facilities. Overall Rating:
Staff made you feel valued as a customer and the experience was pleasant from beginning to end. 
Pillows too hard even though there were many to choose from. A good quality hotel situated within easy reach of many historical sights and many good restaurants. Excellent, friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere.

Convenience of location to attractions. GPS was very helpful to find the location due to one way streets. N/A

Over all it looked good. Hairs all over bathroom floor. Staff didn't seem to want to be there and didn't make me feel very welcomed. The bathroom was not cleaned, many different hairs on floor. Our room was first room by elevator and very noisy.

Very bad management. Very noisy room, could not sleep. I asked for a quite room and they gave me the noisest room in the hotel (outside corridor door was banging with every entry to the corridor). Design problem

Excellent location, reasonable price. Room and corridor smelled slightly strange. Nothing fancy, but walking distance from Byward market and restaurants, US Embassy, parliament buildings.
