Very comfortable beds, WOW. Heavy cigarette smoke on upper floors. Has the modern touches and only blocks to the ocean.

It was near the party that i was attending and the room was not bad at all. N/A The room was fine. The staff however was not fine not at all! The guy acted like he did not have any rooms with 2 beds! I had a privacy please sign on my door, the maids entered anyways, no respect at all.

The room was very large, with a side room with sofa and chairs. The parking. Definitely above average for an economy hotel. Location and cleanliness. Smell from family cooking. Great location for access to san Francisco and Santa Cruz. The hotel is clean and quiet and the parking is adequate.

Convenient location next to freeway. Odors mold smoke, old, needs updated. This hotel is very old and will not appeal to anyone except the traveler who is dead tired and needs a clean bed and hot shower. Poor decor, everything is old & outdated. Excellent location, staff ready to welcome us. No space to eat breakfast. The hotel met our expectations. I would recommend it and use it again.

Nothing! Everything! The none smoking room smelled heavy with smoke. The room was not the room we requested. The staff was extremely rude!
