Everything was exceptionally clean and set up great.
Nothing, I enjoyed my stay very much.
Everything was convenient (stores, shopping). Very nice quiet area, everyone was very friendly and helpful. This is the 2nd time I've stayed here and have nothing negative to say whatsoever.

Peaceful setting.
My room smelled like particle board.
Overall I was very pleased with this hotel. The room and surrounding grounds were comfortable, although there was significant noise from upstairs footsteps.

The pool area was huge and beautiful, peaceful. Room was perfect. Walk to El Paseo!
Nothing!

I liked having a room with a kitchenette for the price.
Above floor is tile and was very noisy and annoying when upstairs neighbors came in a midnight and at 5am.
It was a little difficult to find, tucked away into he neighborhood and it looked like a condo complex rather than hotel. When we asked to move due to the loud floor upstairs they were very accommodating and moved us no problem. The restaurant folks were ...Read More

I enjoyed the pool most of all, being huge and salt water.
No restaurant had to eat out every meal and do not want to go food shopping when on vacation.
I think the survey covers everything. The empty fridge stayed that way. Do not want to go to a super market on vacation. I would have given it the best recommendation if there had been food on the premises.

Really nothing.
Not good.
Run down, every where, not good and the rooms were like 70's Russia.

This is the fourth time I visited the hotel over the past twenty years and the large pool area is still beautiful!
I had to complain about the mold in the shower (not just one spot either!).
I would probably stay here again but would make sure ahead of time that the shower was spic and span and ask for a room not overlooking the pool. One also has to get used to the humming noises from the fridge in our room and the one next door. Staff very ...Read More
