Convenient to Tarpon Springs and county parks.Bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Usually don't have problem. I did this time.It was just okay. Below average by my standards.

The staff was friendly.The hotel was dirty & dingy. The floors were to dirty to walk on. Must wear shoes.The hotel is dingy and old. No frills. Floors extremely dirty and greasy feeling. We wore our flip-flops to walk on the floor. Holes in the sheets. The staff was very nice. Close to good restaurants and grocery stores.

Overall Rating:
Location.Maids and neighbors.It has a good location for the price but they had too many drunks staying there. Pool was dirty with loud people that were drunk and the beds could have been softer. Other than that the front desk staff was great and there help was wonderful.

It was close to the major highway.The cleaners were smashing our door / windows down at 9 am in the am! Not good felt scared.Overall, very disappointing. Allot of shopping and food close by.Was kind of outdated but great for the money?Clean little place if you just need somewhere to stay for business or short trips to the area.
