The staff was friendly and courteous. Our room was very clean and housekepping did a wonderful job.
I didn't like the room service selection. They need more of a selection on their menu.
The hotel was in the center of downtown Palm Springs, and was convenient to many of my destinations. The pool was always cleaned and housekeeping did a great job. The staff was very friendly, and always made sure my needs were met.

Location near downtown, spa tub in room.
Found one side of bedsheets wet, not sure what the heck it was but didn't complain.
Good location, really comfortable beds and spa tub in the room. That along with good breakfasts made this a comfortable stay for my friend and me.

Hotel was great, all the staff was friendly. It's really has a nice feel to it. I would go back again. In fact I was thinking of going back.
I don't like the check in time hours.
The hotel was nice and clean, The staff was great too, I like the breakfast they serve, price was not bad either. I would go back again.

Staff not unfriendly, but not a bit uninvolved.
Impeccable grounds, beautiful Stucco Mediterranean architecture. Nice rooms. Quiet. One block from P.S. main drags and walk to many restaurants. Low key, no crowds and just right for discerning traveler who does not require a lot of resort amenities.
