Grand Panama Beach Resort is a brand new family resort located on the beach in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida. Grand Panama will be home to a variety of luxurious condominium accommodations including one, two, and three bedroom units looking out onto the sparkling emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Each unit features free in-room movie services. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. RENTAL RULES- No pets are allowed in rental units. Singles UNDER 25 MUST BE ACCOMPANIES BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN TO REGISTER AND STAY. All units are non-smoking. Office hours are from 8am-6pm. There is departure cleaning only. There is a USD 40.00 Damage Waiver fee due upon check in. Check is in after 3pm and check-out is before 10am. There is a USD 40.00 Damage Waiver fee due upon check in. It covers the registered guest against any accidental damages to the unit or its contents for an amount not to exceed 2,000. MINIMUM AGE REQUIRED AT CHECK IN IS 25. Security is located on site to assist guests with after hours check in. The wide beaches have given Panama City Beach new bragging rights as the Beach Lovers Beach, where you can escape for hours with a great book and good sunscreen. Along with the new resorts have come more upscale dining, shopping, and golf. Boating, fishing, and water sports abound.
