GRILL N GOOD TIMES Starting June 15th through August 6th, we will be doing a Guest Appreciation Cookout by the Cabana Cay pool each Wednesday from 5.30pm-7.30pm. DIVE-IN MOVIES Starting June 25th and continuing through August 6th we will be providing a Dive-In Movie each weekend on the Cabana Cay pool deck. Please check with the Front Desk for day, time, and movie to be shown. From Feb. 27 to April 9 a USD 400.00 security deposit is due at check-in. Spring Break Security deposit- USD 400.00 deposit due at check-in, USD 350.00 is refunded back after inspection of the unit pending no damage. USD 50.00 to be retained for processing fee. The minimum age restriction at check-in during Spring Break will be amended to 18 years old Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please note that there is a non refundable USD 40.00 Limited Damage Waiver fee, which will cover up to USD 2000.00 worth of accidental damages that are reported before check-out. Cleaning fee USD 78.84 for 1 bedroom, USD 106.99 for 2 bedroom, including tax. There is a USD 11.27 registration fee.
