Security was a plus, on keeping vehicles safe and stopping non-guest from sneaking in to form parties in other guest(s) rooms. 
Room smelt of mildew, killed a roach in shower area, rooms were not side by side as requested. And while checking in we found out that our rooms were not side by side as requested, they were three doors apart and having children in other room during spring break was not pleasing at all. Nothing. Parking, cleanliness, price, staff. The hotel is old and filthy, rooms had so much mildew, staff was horrible, rates were outrageous, and rules were outrageous. It seemed to be clean and had 24 hr security. Staff were nice. The elevator would stick. It looked run down on the outside. This hotel is good for people who cannot afford to spend allot of money on a hotel. Very secure, polite staff. Broken Ice machine, no VCR/DVD, no kitchenette. Overall this hotel was decent, however I didn't receive the amenities I was expecting, based on the web info. All-in-all we still enjoyed our stay.

N/A Everything. They did not have an iron. Their idea of a breakfast is coffee and a few cookies. It was nasty. They staff did not care about the visitors. We did not have anywhere to park.

It was convenient to the beach. They did not clean the room daily and didn't have the amenities stated. I would not recommend this motel to any of my friends.

Nice staff. Size of room. Hotel was located one block from the beach but room was rather small and smelled of mildew.
