Regency Towers offers everything you and your family will enjoy while on vacation. This non-smoking resort offers 550 ft. of private beaches and emerald green waters. Amenities include two pools- one heated year-round-, a kiddie pool, tennis courts, his/hers exercise rooms, dry saunas and more. Our 24 hour secured complex also offers parking for boats, campers and motorcycle trailers. Indulge in our delicious poolside snack bar that offers anything from hamburgers and sandwiches to beer and wine. The conference/banquet room holds up to 100 people for meetings or private parties. The Beach service provides lounge chair and umbrella rentals as well as dolphin tours, banana boat rides and wave runner rentals. Regency Towers is also walking distance to the Bay Town Trolley, which takes you to almost any spot in Panama City Beach. We have some of the largest units on the Gulf Coast. These include washers/dryers, kitchens, living room/dining room combinations, private gulf-front balconies and more. Must be 25 or older to check in. A USD 100 damage waiver fee will be collected at check-in from any guest under 25. The fee is refundable at check-out in the form of a check upon inspection of the unit. Guests over 25 are exempt. Fees collected at check-in include- 1 bdrm USD 89.20, 2 bdrm USD 105.45, and a one time USD 32.00 resort fee. Each guest 21 years or older occupying a unit require a USD 100 damage waiver fee will be collected at check-in. Guests over 25 and families are exempt. The fee is refundable at check-out in the form of a check upon inspection of the unit. Check-in- 4pm. Check-out- 10am. Unit access may be delayed due to cleaning or maintenance. Must be 25 or older to check in. Additional guests occupying a unit must be at least 21 or older and each require a refundable USD 100 damage waiver fee at check-in. Guests over 25 and families are exempt. If you are checking in after hours, please check in at the security gate.
