Close to the Metro.Hotel did not have hot water and the staff promised it would work and it did not and we had to leave.We had no hot water, they kept promising to us that it would be on but it never came on. we eventually moved and lost most of our precious time in paris.

The staff were very pleasant and the rooms were modern and clean. The location of this hotel was very convenient to the Metro.There was no gift shop that I could go to when the mall across the street was closed. American size hotel rooms and class.Cabs have difficulty finding it, only easy to access via metro.Great hotel based on American standards. Large rooms and posh features. The room design and reception staff.Restaurant staff was inexperienced; don't care about my order not good customer service in the restaurant.Unique room design it was a good hotel but no gym, these days a lot of people exercise. Hard to find the entry and exit of the hotel.

Work area size and internet worked (and onl 12 EU).Hard to get a cab.The week of the Partis Air Show, we thought we would never get anything this nice. The bathroom was superb, tub and shower. The internet was less expensive than the Airport Hilton (30EU vs 12EU at La Defense).
